If a balance remains unpaid after services are rendered, Quick Fix Garage Door Repair Corp may charge a late fee or pursue collection actions as permitted by Minnesota law.

5. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled service window. However, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, emergency repairs, or other conditions outside our control.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, if possible.

If a technician has already been dispatched or arrives at the location and service is declined, a service call fee may apply.

6. Warranty & Service Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship and the parts we install.

Workmanship Warranty

Labor performed by Quick Fix Garage Door Repair Corp is covered by a standard workmanship warranty for a defined period after service.
If an issue arises that is directly related to our workmanship, we will return to correct it at no additional labor cost.

Manufacturer Warranties

Parts and garage door components installed may include manufacturer warranties. These warranties vary by brand and product type and may require registration or proof of installation.
Manufacturer warranties cover product defects only and do not cover:

• Normal wear 
• Improper use
• Environmental damage
• Issues caused by unrelated system components
   

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

• Pre-existing damage 
• DIY repairs or adjustments made after service
• Damage caused by impact, weather, negligence, or misuse
• Problems caused by other equipment (e.g., opener failure affecting springs)

We will always explain available warranty coverage before installation.

7. Emergency / After-Hours Service

Emergency service availability varies based on technician availability and location.
Additional emergency or after-hours service fees may apply and will be clearly communicated before work begins.
